    Kitchen Rental Hub is a flexible, professional-grade commercial kitchen rental facility located in Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast. We provide fully equipped kitchens for chefs, bakers, caterers, and food entrepreneurs to help bring their culinary projects to life.
  • Where are you located?
    We are located at 1/6 Fortitude Crescent, Burleigh Heads, QLD, 4220. Our facility is easily accessible, being just 5 minutes from the M1.
  • What equipment do you provide in the kitchen?
    Our commercial kitchen features top-of-the-line equipment, including: Two 10-Tray Self-Cleaning Combi Ovens Potato Peeler (20kg capacity in 2 minutes) 4-Burner Stove & Pot Burners 20L Planetary Mixer, 15kg & 50kg Dough Machines Sous-vide machines, Vacuum Packaging Machine, Food Processors, and more. Additionally, we offer walk-in cold and freezer rooms and commercial dishwashers for your convenience. (Full equipment list available upon request).
  • How do I book a kitchen space?
    Booking is easy! Follow these steps: Schedule a kitchen tour to view our facilities. Once satisfied, book your desired time slot through our Google Calendar system. Make payment in advance to secure your booking. For assistance, email us at kitchenrentalhub@gmail.com.
  • What are your rental options and pricing?
    We offer flexible hourly rental options: Minimum 2h bookings 6am to 6pm: $33/hour (2-4 hours) | $31/hour (4+ hours) + GST 6pm to 6am: $28/hour (2-4 hours) | $26/hour (4+ hours) + GST Storage Options: Cold Room/Freezer: $60/overnight | $140/week | $180/month Dry Shelf Storage: $90/week | $120/month
  • Can I use Kitchen Rental Hub for food delivery operations?
    Yes! Our facility is perfect for food delivery businesses. We provide 24/7 access, allowing you to prepare, package, and coordinate deliveries efficiently.
  • Can I rent the kitchen on a long-term or exclusive basis?
    Yes, subject to availability. Long-term and exclusive-use arrangements can be made for businesses needing full-time hours. Contact us to discuss availability and pricing.
  • What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
    We do not accept cancellations once a booking is confirmed. However, you can reschedule your booking with at least 72 hours' notice, subject to availability, within the same calendar month. This does not apply to regular weekly bookings. Cancellations on these will require a 2 week notice since it is paid 2 weeks in advance.
  • How does shared kitchen use work?
    Our kitchens operate on a rotational basis, meaning only one business uses the kitchen at any given time to prevent cross-contamination. The kitchen is for exclusive use when rented, however, the dishwasher area is a shared area. The cold room & freezer room will be available at all times to other users. Shared storage areas are also available at all times.
  • How do you ensure the kitchen stays clean?
    You are responsible for cleaning your workspace after use, including wiping down equipment, sweeping, and mopping floors. We recommend allowing 15-30 minutes for cleaning. Kitchen Rental Hub conducts professional deep cleaning regularly.
  • Do you offer discounted rates for after-hours bookings?
    Yes, our after-hours rates (6pm to 6am) are discounted to $28/hour (2-4 hours) or $26/hour (4+ hours). Contact us if you require extended or recurring bookings.
  • Is there a bond or deposit required?
    Full payment is required in advance to secure your booking. For regular weekly hires, a 2-week payment in advance is required. We do not require a separate bond, but you are responsible for leaving the kitchen clean and undamaged.
  • What happens if I run over my booking time?
    If you need to extend your booking, please notify us immediately. If there are no conflicting bookings, you may continue, and additional hours will be invoiced accordingly. Please factor in time for cleaning and packing up.
  • Can I receive deliveries at the facility?
    Yes, the facility is accessible 24/7. You are responsible for coordinating your deliveries during your booking hours. If you need assistance with deliveries outside your hours, notify us in advance.
  • Do I need any licenses or permits to use the kitchen?
    Yes, you will need to apply for a Food Business License with GC city councill to operate professionally in our kitchen. Our facility is council-approved, simplifying the application process as it is only an application for an additional license. The council conducts an inspection every 6 months and contacts us regularly to ensure our tenants are using the premises. So if you apply for a license through our kitchen, you must ensure you use the premises, otherwise it will get cancelled.
